Stray is a work into the genre of 3D platforms in which the player puts himself in the skin of a child tormented by the abuse of his father and the traumas that this generates. In this way, our protagonist must overcome the obstacles he faces by managing his level of courage which is, in essence, his capacity to remain in the dark, modifying the scenario with the change of day and night controlled by the player; moreover, as he enters the child's universe he will discover macabre surprises.

This was a great challenge because we wanted to go beyond our work in the previous year's gamejam. The theme of the gamejam was "day and night" and we thought about playing with the dichotomy between what can be seen only from one perspective (day or night) and what always remains so as to integrate the player into the mechanics of changing that perspective through puzzle-style platforms. Later on, we include a set of new assets and non-copyrighted music to be presented at the Oculus audiovisual festival where we won the second prize in the "Best Video Game" category.
